So stamping friends, here is another belated post! My Canada Day Post. We had a wonderful Canada Day, we had a bunch of family over for a BBQ and some drinks and then we went and watched the local fire works. Cody is on our town's fire department and they put on an awesome fireworks show every year in Drayton. It means he usually misses out BBQ, but the fireworks are always great.
Cody's 2 and a half year old niece watched fireworks for the first time this year, we were a little worried how she'd react, but she did awesome! She absolutely loved them, and she was just so excited, it was adorable.
Anyways without further delays...here is a lil something for you for Canada Day!
So I made these when I invited everyone over for our Canada Day Party. They were so simple, quick and easy. Not too much embellishment but when you are making a bunch of them, that's usually the way to do it.The colours I used were "Real Red" (page 177) and Whisper White (page 180). The ribbon is "Whisper White" 5/8" Satin Ribbon, on page 195 of the Idea Book and Catalogue.
This lovely little stamp is out of the Occasions Mini Catalogue on page 18. It is called "Canadian Pride" and I think it's awesome!
The other stamp set I used is "Inviting" and it is located on page 165 of the Idea Book and Catalogue. I used "Basic Black" ink on page 180. Thanks for stopping by and having a look.
